Here are a few points to help you consider… Screen Printing:The main difference between a screen print and a digital print is that screen printing lays the ink on top of the shirt. This allows you to print on any color shirt, but also requires a bit more to set up your design. In screen printing the colors are each printed separately and because of this, we charge the set up fee per color and per location. For small runs, this is not ideal, but for large runs the price drops significantly.
Digital Printing injects the dye directly into the shirt using a specialized printer that requires no setup. You can print full color, but digital is limited to light or white colored shirts. Digital printing prices are determined only by the amount of ink used in the design, and remains constant no matter how many shirts you print. For small runs, or full color designs, Digital is the best option.
